These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.metabody.pt, owned by Metabody, Unipessoal Lda. Use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This document is a structural template and must be reviewed by a Portuguese lawyer before publication.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.metabody.pt (hereinafter, "Site"), owned by METABODY, UNIPESSOAL LDA (hereinafter, "Metabody"). Use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Site is intended for the institutional presentation of Metabody and its assessment and neurofunctional training services, as well as for collecting contact requests through a dedicated form.
Submitting a contact request through the Site does not by itself constitute any reservation, booking or service contract. The contractual relationship between user and Metabody is only established after an initial in-person assessment and the conclusion of a specific service agreement.
The content made available on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute individualised medical, therapeutic, nutritional or sports advice. Metabody is not liable for decisions taken by the user solely on the basis of information consulted on the Site, without having undergone a prior assessment.
All content on the Site, including texts, images, videos, trademarks, logos, design and structure, is the property of Metabody or of third parties that have authorised its use, and is protected under the applicable copyright and industrial property rules.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of the Site's content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without Metabody's prior express authorisation, with the exception of strictly personal and domestic use.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Metabody does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites.
Metabody takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability, updating and accuracy of the Site's content, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or technical unavailability.
Metabody is not liable for damages resulting from technical failures, unavailability of the Site or misuse by the user, except in cases where such liability cannot, under the law, be excluded.

Metabody reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at any given moment is the one published on the Site.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the courts of the district of Lisbon are competent, with express waiver of any other forum.
Under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015, of 8 September, in the event of a dispute, the consumer user may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity, as listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
